Apex C-100SP Series
Apex C-100SP series is a medium to heavy duty caster series. It is a pressed steel caster with double ball race swivel head. This head is secured with thick thread hex pin and covered with nylon dust seal. The technology of two sealed ball bearings are used in this wheel in order to give forceless free movement to casters.To bear the shock of heavy loads C-100SP series is loaded with heavy duty spring at the back side ,this spring protects the caster from heavy jerk load and thus securing the caster and the load from any damage under dynamic conditions.Other types of casters like pillar and break types are also available. These types are used in manufacturing companies, automobile and automotive industries.
C-100SP series casters have a medium to heavy load capacity of 200kg - 500kg. C-100SP series casters are available in all three types i.e Fixed, Swivel, Locked. C-100SP series casters are smooth, less noisy and stronger in this class.The material available for wheels are Nylon, PU, Cast Iron, Rubber,Nylon with PU , Cast Iron with PU, Alluminium , Alluminium with PU etc.C-100SP series is the best in class with shock absorbing feature.Apart from a long range of material used to create wheels we also used different colours for wheels to make caster attractive.
